01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nontar" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at nontar.net, including all games, features, tools, and content available through the website and any associated mobile interface.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the nontar platform and is accessing or using its services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the nontar platform, used to access games, manage funds, and interact with nontar services.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, free bets, or other promotional value credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet the applicable bonus or bonus-plus-deposit amount before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before withdrawals or higher deposit limits are permitted.
• "Philippine Regulations" refers to the applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines, including directives issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nontar platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by nontar, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as nontar's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the Player) and nontar. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nontar platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the nontar platform, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, Dragon and Tiger, Captain Fisher, sports betting, sabong live betting, and any future product or feature added to the platform.

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the nontar platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations governing online gaming participation.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of nontar.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by nontar for any violation of these Terms.

nontar employs age verification procedures during Account registration and at the KYC stage prior to processing withdrawals. Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity during registration commit a serious breach of these Terms and may be subject to immediate Account termination and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the nontar platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nontar Login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• nontar strongly recommends enabling two-factor SMS OTP authentication, which is available in your Account security settings.
• You must notify nontar's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• nontar will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access that resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

nontar supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your nontar Wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the selected payment channel.
• nontar does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which nontar is not responsible.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. Deposits made with no genuine gaming intent may be subject to investigation.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your Account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to you during the KYC process.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• nontar reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud or money laundering concerns are identified.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will not be processed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

nontar offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified nontar Account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before opting in.
• nontar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including removing a bonus from a Player's Account if the Player is found to have obtained the bonus through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.
• Players who abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, or using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately within the nontar Wallet. Real Money Funds are used first in all wagers unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the nontar platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, fishing games, and Dragon and Tiger — operate in accordance with their respective published game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• All nontar slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical performance.
• Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers in real-time. Results are determined by physical game outcomes (cards dealt, dice rolled, roulette wheel spun) and are not subject to software manipulation by nontar.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, nontar's system will record the state of play at the time of disconnection. Any wagers already placed at the point of disconnection will be settled in accordance with the game outcome. nontar is not liable for disconnections caused by factors outside its control, including internet service interruptions on the Player's side.
• nontar reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed error has materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers on the nontar platform is strictly prohibited.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the nontar platform. Violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format available on the platform.
• Using exploits, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the nontar platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to interact with the nontar platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software component of the nontar platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward nontar staff or other Players via any communication channel on the platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the nontar platform — including but not limited to the nontar name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, software, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of nontar or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nontar platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any nontar content.
• Using nontar's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Screen-capturing, recording, or broadcasting live dealer game content for any commercial purpose.
• Framing or deep-linking to any page of the nontar website without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of nontar's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nontar shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the nontar platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, winnings, or profits resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses attributable to reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform due to a data feed or software error, where nontar has voided the affected wagers and returned the stake.
• Losses resulting from decisions made by the Player based on the platform's game history, statistics, or promotional communications.

nontar's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their nontar Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

nontar is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

nontar provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your nontar Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a duration you have pre-set.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the nontar platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

nontar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a withdrawal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft involving the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed by the Player against a nontar transaction.
• Detection of multiple Accounts associated with the same Player.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The Player has reached an applicable responsible gaming limit or self-exclusion period is active.

Upon Account termination for a verified breach of these Terms, nontar reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, available real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the nontar support team. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before Account closure is finalised.

13 Amendments to These Terms

nontar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nontar will notify Players via a notice posted on the platform and, where applicable, via the email address registered to the Player's Account.

The effective date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the nontar platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If a Player does not agree to any amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting the nontar support team before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
