• Account data and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of Account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act's record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction and gaming records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required for financial audit and AML compliance purposes.
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.

11 Children's Privacy

The nontar platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. nontar does not knowingly collect, use, or retain any personal data from individuals below the age of 21.

If nontar discovers that personal data has been collected from a player who is under 21 years of age — whether through age falsification at registration or any other means — the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The Account will be permanently suspended and all access will be revoked.
• All winnings generated from the Account will be forfeited.
• Any deposited real-money funds will be returned to the verified source payment method, subject to identity verification.
• The personal data associated with the Account will be deleted from nontar's systems as promptly as permitted by applicable legal obligations.

12 Changes to This Policy

nontar reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC regulatory guidance. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this document.
